I’ve spent a lot of mind energy contemplating how I can bring value to my readers, unfortunately that is difficult with a free platform when the information you do have can be curated for a very specific audience.
Spent a lot of time deciding where I want to take this, and with the way it has been going, the trend shows that the methods that have been undertaken will not yield the desired results.
With that said, I will continue to post here. Maybe less frequently, as the season continues and my need to be in the field increases.
I want to provide you with two separate, new blogs. Their focuses will be dramatically different.
The first will be focused on what I know and love: Commercial Real Estate
The second will be focused on what it takes in any industry: Awareness of Self
I have not decided the amounts that will need to be pledged for either, all I know is that I sit on a wealth of information and data for both of these topics.
CRE Blog will break down the deals I have been involved in, will also explore theories in where I think we can go within the market over the next 10-20 years with collective focus.
Awareness of Self blog will be one that is of collaborative effort with a dear friend who has spent the same amount of time within self, as I have with tangible assets.
Overall, I look forward to expanding on both of these topics and less excited about expanding this specific platform. This blog will never be paywalled. In Joy
