When you treat the world as an oyster and move with the sea, you’re guaranteeing a flow of presence in everything. If you move out of a now awareness then you are generating that which will not serve you, in most cases.
Without direction, you will fail. With that in mind, you have to have a degree of foresight. That does not mean you will not fail, it simply means you are failing to plan. If you fail to plan, you will jack knife the trailer before you’re aware of the issue manifesting. However, through repetition, we can create predictable outcomes.
For example, this is not a big blog by any means. It’s very humble and I can predict things with it. I know what I’m saying and how it will be received. If I share a blog on social media, based on recent stats, I will get 20+ views like clockwork. If I keep the blog on email receipts only and do no additional promo, it will be below 20 views. If I commit to producing a work that directly targets someone or something, it will get 40+ views.
I can also predict that previous blog numbers will rise as new users find the page and scroll through the drools, so the numbers are always adjusting and compounding, through repetition.
Positioning Repetition
Like any goal, we must repeat it. Over and Over. We will not complete the larger goals without repeating the smaller goals until they put us in a position to conquer / achieve the large goals.
If you’re not self aware then you are not practicing appropriately. Part of this blog is to bring self awareness, in all asset types. Today we talk about this simple practice and wrap up quickly since my low battery notification popped up…
You can repeat actions and reach outcomes, that is everyone’s guarantee.. For quick reference, lets make 2 separate lists of actions;
Working out once a day for 45 min, everyday
Drinking 1/2 to 1Gal of water daily
Reading 15 Pages Daily
Putting your phone away for good at 6PM to be present with loved ones
Eating clean food (Organic, Whole, Non-GMO, etc)
Let’s look at the ‘easier’ list, for hindsight;
Choosing to avoid physical exercise
Drinking Coffee and Soda every day, maybe a red bull too
Scrolling social media in the morning and every night
Neglecting to shower daily or brush teeth consistently
Always ordering pizza or going through QSRs for convenience
If we compare these two characters in 5 years, they’re going to be living massively different lives. They’re both human, but they’re repeating completely different actions. Due to their varying differences in Daily Repetitious Action . . . They will be vastly different than one another.
If you position your cells to fail due to poor behavior then you will die. If you position your cells for greatness by allowing them to be fueled by clean behavior, you will thrive.
You either survive or thrive. The fundamentals to these two behaviors are rooted in how we repeat our daze. We’re either stuck in a daze or taking control and winning days. Without fog or without any lack of clarity, because we full our cells cleanly.
Without getting more long winded, and without providing ‘Advice’ - there is only one clear conclusion in mind. If you’re not doing better than you should, then do better.
If you’re already doing great, but you’re still not feeling satisfied . . Do better.
Nothing is keeping you stuck to your desired fate more than your cells. If you aren’t the leader of your community then who is? Are you hijacked? Are you not in control?
There are plenty things to keep in mind, the main aspect however, do your own research and treat food as medicine - not as a painkiller.
