Personal Branding 101

The true purpose of this irrational sub is to analyze the rise of the modern individual, who leverages their ‘personal brand’, for various reasons. The primary goal for them, however, seems to be to collect your credit card information. Whether that be the self-help/business coach, the spiritual guru, the course experts whose primary source of income is you, buying their course. There are many holes in this world where we are taking the information we’ve been taught, either by self or others, and utilizing that information to charge people various fees to access what we got. I’ve teased the same in the past, informing networks I was going to launch a course because a troll does what a troll does. I mean what are we thinking? When we look at common knowledge, we have an existential knowledge that that which we seek will eventually come to form. Yet, when we indulge on information without action, we can be in varying timelines of paralysis. Which is why paralysis by analysis is a pandemic in the streets. Hypothetically, let’s say ‘life coaches’ and ‘profit-educators’ have an awareness that their flooding of information into your brain will create some degree of paralysis, they are simultaneously eliminating their possible direct ‘competition’ by either misinforming you or flooding you till you drown, possibly both simultaneously, all while draining your pockets and withholding. So the very thing you are paying to learn could be creating a analysis paralysis, a misinterpretation, and it’s taking money + time away from you working the action, because you’re not allowing the universe to run it’s course in slowly unveiling the lotus flower that sits behind the door you knock.

If the source of all life said to us, “Here you are, the keys to infinite knowledge and intelligence, for full access pay today special price of $997, a 50% discount from my usual price”, we’d likely unify in rebellion against the very form that provides us consciousness. Yet, let’s assume that we are all that form already, infinite intelligence integrated within, then why are we behaving in a manner to take advantage? Profiting from the neighbor whom we know shouldn’t go down a black diamond trail behind us, knowing they’ve never touched snow…

We take our fellow man from the bunny hill to the cliff and profit from his fall.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not entirely against personal branding or using your likeness to spread a message or information. The issues for me arise in the relentless attempts to get people to subscribe to your community, subscribe to your paywall, access your information for a fee premium. I understand the devotion of time and the trade-off for certain individuals that are privy to certain micro’s, I admire some paid substacks, etc. yet I pay for none. I believe people should be able to earn income from their creations and view writing as a form of art, as well as a form of transference. Without an ability to understand certain ancient writings, through interpretation, we would have no language and nothing would of transferred to us from ancient history but again, the point of the reference is this:

WE EXCAVATED AFTER ANALYZING, ARCHAEOLOGISTS (SPECIFIED EXPERTS) DEDICATED A PORTION OF THEIR LIFE EXPERIENCE TO SEARCHING FOR THE EXISTENCE OF ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS AND INFORMATION. FINDING WHAT THEY SOUGHT. THAT WAS THEIR PAYWALL.

So why are our tablets worth emeralds? I feel the subject perverts life. If you want to become something, you go out and find people doing that and beat down their door till your voice is heard. Putting yourself in front of opportunity, finding environments of fertile soil to plant your roots. To grow together and shake hands, face-to-face, real life interactions. Working on a team. Having friendly competition within your organization and outside of it in your industry/market. LIVING.

I can hold some respect for those who build brands with honor, dignity, taking their charisma and shining light on their excellent qualities. I mutually respect those that go steps further and shed light on their poor actions or behaviors that they have overcame or are presently facing. I lose my respect when people transmute that into selling a course or recurring subscription based service while providing limited value, yet I respect those that do the same but have efficacy with going all in with what they are giving away, not holding anything back. Which is the key highlight in all life, give more than you take and take what you are given with gratitude and grace.

Now, the perks of online anonymity

Are clear as day in many cases. Yet, it simultaneously can create hurdles that force the user to exemplify credibility in 1 to 1 online interactions. The benefits of anonymity also translate really well in the world of E-Commerce, where you can now generate AI videos and sell products, earning affiliate commissions and doing all sorts of anonymous action on the internet generating massive income. That isn’t the avenue I divulge in, though, it’s likely comparable to the 1849 rush of San Francisco.

The online opportunity remains highly active, ever evolving, and extremely competitive. Finding your personal niche(s) that align to you is important in utilizing the internet effectively and if you want to get into leveraging the digital world, by all means, to each it’s own.

I believe there is more pleasure in anonymity coupled with a respectable personal life. If you’re 100% in on making money online and that’s your primary source of income, again, to each it’s own. I like to separate life from the digital handcuffs and enjoy what everything truly is, the moments I am online on any anon account, lurking for information or enjoying various content forms that are tailored to my interests, there is a sense of peace that comes with knowing my personal information/image is concealed while I explore.

Of course, I have to mention an excellent Anon Course/Education resource, that being The Real Estate God. Between his twitter posts, his bootcamp, and his community, he does things proper, possessing the ability to retain anonymity while expanding digitally. Building an amazingly balanced style in the market by pursuing new business in his REPE (Real Estate Private Equity) Firm and serving others through his platform by providing easy to digest information, not to mention a free blog that was the birthing ground for his now 800+ paid member community.

You don’t have to limit your value when you are anonymous. Where as, when you use your face to share value and content, you’re more liable, possibly for a lifetime. No one wants to be meme’d into eternity and called out for their fraudulent behavior (which seems to be more common than ever across most industries).

To clarify, Frauds can be broadly understood and also misconstrued. Fraudulent behavior can range from not keeping your word to embezzlement of billions. There’s no clear scope, and a range beyond horizons.

If you share your personal likeness, Integrity and Accuracy are paramount.

The Human

To get to wrapping up a longer than usual read, the Human is where personal branding and anonymity meet, this real experience. If you’re not a bot, of course.

In this experience, we have a definitive purpose. Simply put, be good. That said, there are a lot of humans behaving extremely poorly, and again, the range of this is beyond horizons, based on their actions and behaviors. Unfortunately, the best solution we’re faced with in some of these rare, yet extreme cases, is to simply throw them in the wood chipper, send them back to the realm of the infinite. It’s sad that due to the nature of these crimes, we in turn, must behave poorly and inhumanely to eliminate them from continuing with life, setting examples as we filter out the malevolence.

When it comes to living this life, we are not in a perfect world by any means and utopia is a distant fantasy in the subconscious of our consciousness.

If we are to visualize utopia on a daily basis and collectively meditate toward that objective, the fruition of our efforts would not be ignored by the universe. We must then make steps toward grounding these new intentions into physical.

Letting go of what no longer serves on a grand level, is something that often can be deemed impossible. Yet, the basics of the systems are so simple that we harbor far away from implementing them, clinging to the realities of our disaster, while attempting to prolong our lives. Thinking that if we let go of everything we know, that the world would suddenly collapse from wherever we are and suddenly all life extinct.. We’re not going to tilt on an axis that ejects us off this plane. What can happen, through service, is the elimination of our short comings and the expedition of harmonious society on a global scale…

I’ll allow you to reflect on all our short comings, as well as our ideal society.
